What’s more, this singular focus on body composition ignores the numerous other components of physical fitness and fails to consider fitness as part of a larger framework of physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

Move Well ATL believes that prioritizing and training movement competency builds a strong foundation for all aspects of physical fitness while creating a broader awareness of the role movement plays in our relationship with ourselves and our communities.
